Battery sintered net
Sintered mesh is a mesh filter structure made of tiny particles (such as metal, plastic and other materials) through stacking, heating and other processes. During the production process, these tiny particles are stacked together to form a pile of particles, which are then "baked" together on a microscopic level by heating to form a mesh structure with many small holes. This mesh structure gives the sintered mesh the ability to filter fluids. Taking stainless steel sintered mesh as an example, the manufacturing process includes the steps of screen structure design, screen pretreatment, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum sintering and machining. Through special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering processes, stainless steel sintered mesh has excellent filtration accuracy, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processability.
Characteristics of sintered net
-
High strength:
- After sintering, the multilayer sintered mesh has extremely high mechanical strength and compressive strength.
- high void ratio:
- The porosity of the sintered mesh is high, and the airflow distribution is uniform, which is conducive to the passage of fluid and the interception of impurities.
-
Long life:
- It can break down faults such as short circuit and blocking, and has a long service life.
-
High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance:
- The sintered net can be continuously filtered at a temperature of -200 ℃ ~ 600 ℃ and an acid-base environment, with high filtration accuracy and uniform filtration effect.
-
Easy to clean:
- The use of excellent countercurrent cleaning effect of surface filtration, countercurrent cleaning effect is better, can be used repeatedly.
-
Easy processing:
- Suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and other processing conditions.
